United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

HIMI INT (“we/us”) provides this website www.Himi.ae (the “HIMI INT“) to you pursuant to these terms and conditions.

Any of our services that are accessible through our website www.Himi.ae (the “HIMI INT“) are also subject to our HIMI INT Service terms and conditions.

Products

  • This website shows (and may vary from time to time) that all products are available almost everywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
  • The availability of all products is subject to change. We reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent value and quality without notice in the event of supply difficulties.
  • Should we be unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product at all), we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full within 30 days of the intended delivery or collection date.
  • Unless otherwise specified, products are delivered the next day.
  • Certain products are not available for same-day delivery or other special delivery services. When you place your order, you will be presented with further information regarding product availability and delivery options.
  • From the date of delivery/collection, we guarantee the quality of our product.

Prices

  • You can order HIMI INT for a maximum of 14 days after submitting your order.
  • Prices do not include delivery of HIMI INT, except where stated.
  • The following credit cards will be charged a processing fee: Visa, MasterCard.
  • Occasionally, HIMI INT telephone ordering prices may vary from those shown on www.Himi.ae.

Orders / Payment

  1. In order to complete the order process, you will need to provide us with your complete personal details, as well as the details of the intended recipient and the necessary payment information.
  2. Payment can be made with all major credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard).
  3. The ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process signifies your consent to be bound by the HIMI INT Terms and Conditions.
  4. The submission of your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide to let you know that your order is being processed. Until we send this email confirmation, we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you.
  5. Under 18-year-olds cannot place orders with us.

Delivery

  • Within the UAE, Standard Delivery is same day or next day, except where otherwise stated, but please note that prices vary at certain times of the year. HIMI INT will notify you of any additional charges if you request delivery to remote areas that are not normally serviced by the company as soon as possible after receiving your order.
  • There are some products that cannot be delivered to certain areas – we will notify you if this is the case when you place your order.
  • It is important that you provide us with all the address information, including accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and the telephone number, along with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address, so that we can contact you if any delivery problems occur.
  • At the time of placing your order, you will be advised whether certain products will be delivered during a delivery period, around your preferred delivery date.
  • Whenever a third party is involved in the delivery process, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships, or other business locations, the signature of the person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization will be accepted as proof of delivery. Please contact the HIMI INT Customer Contact Centre if you are sending to hospitals, airports, or ships.
  • We cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at the address provided and refuses or fails to return the item(s).
  • If the carrier is unable to locate someone to accept delivery, they will re-arrange delivery. The recipient may be charged for redelivery if they do not respond in good time.
  • Several items ordered for delivery to the same address may be sent separately, and we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
  • A failure by us to perform our obligations is not liable if it is the result of an act of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), War, invasions, foreign enemy attacks, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanctions, blockages, embargos, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruptions or failure of electricity or telephone services.

Cancellation/Amendments

  1. In the event that you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so by emailing: info@himi.ae Please give 24 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date.
  2. The store will provide you with a credit note valid for 6 months if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. Cash refunds are not permitted.

HIMI INT Customer Contact Centre

  1. If you are not satisfied with the HIMI INT service, please send an email to info@himi.ae or call +971 58 504 0442.
  2. Monday through Friday, our Customer Service Contact Center is open from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
  3. In order to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the day the product is delivered or expected to be delivered.
  4. In the event of a complaint, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to resolve it.

Disclaimer

  • While we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the www.Himi.ae site and/or the HIMI INT service is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee it and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects or interruptions to the HIMI INT service or the www.Himi.ae site. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if any cause beyond our reasonable control makes it impossible or impractical for us to provide the HIMI INT service and/or the www.Himi.ae site.
  • HIMI INT understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.

General

  • From time to time, we may amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions that govern your access to the www.Himi.ae website and/or HIMI INT service. We will post any changes on the www.Himi.ae site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the HIMI INT service or www.Himi.ae site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
  • We also reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the www.Himi.ae site and/or HIMI INT services at any time, for any reason.
  • There will be no conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other notices, policies, disclaimers, or other terms contained on the www.Himi.ae site, provided in the event of a conflict between those notices, policies, disclaimers, or other terms. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • All current data protection legislation, including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended, modified or re-enacted from time to time), will be complied with. We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.
  • Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, a person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us is not entitled to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions. However, this does not affect any other right or remedy that may exist.
  • As far as fraudulent misrepresentation is concerned, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior agreements, representations, arrangements, and understandings between you and us (whether written or oral). This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter.

  • HIMI INT owns all other rights in this website, including copyright. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website without the permission of HIMI INT unless it is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute or repost anything on this website without the permission of HIMI INT.

  • The HIMI INT social media sites are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
  • It is your responsibility to post original content on HIMI INT social media sites or if it is protected by intellectual property rights owned by third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights to that third party content and grant HIMI INT a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable license and right to exercise all copyright, publicity, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights in relation to such content.

Social Media Complaints Policy

  • HIMI INT welcomes feedback on its products and services. Our customer service team will respond to your complaint on HIMI INT social media sites in accordance with HIMI INT Customer Service Policy. The member of the team will strive to resolve your complaint in a timely manner.
  • HIMI INT has a zero-tolerance approach to customers who use abusive or threatening language and will take action to protect its online customer service team, including removing offensive posts and reporting the user to the appropriate social media platforms and, if necessary, the police.
  • Your complaint will always be responded to between the hours of 10AM-8PM from Monday to Friday.
